무지개인권상은 성소수자의 인권향상에 기여한 개인, 단체에게 수여하는 상으로 2006년부터 한국게이인권운동단체 친구사이에서 시상하기 시작했습니다. 매년 성소수자의 인권향상에 기여한 개인, 단체에 대해 ‘친구사이 운영회의’에서 후보를 추천하면 친구사이 전현직대표로 구성된 선정위원들이 논의하여 만장일치로 선정하고 있습니다. 역대 수상자로는 1회 정종훈님, 2회 최현숙님, 3회 노회찬님, 4회 김일란님, 5회 김수현님이 있습니다.
