- Korean/English subtitles and Korean sign language interpretation will be provided during the concert for those with hearing impairments.
- Those with hearing impairments who wish to attend the concert are cordially invited to contact Chingusai in advance at chingusaii@naver.com or 02-745-7942.
- In addition, those with visual impairments will be assisted by ushers from the nearest subway station (Daeheung Station; ochre; line no. 6) to the theater itself. Likewise, they are cordially invited to contact Chingusai in advance.
- As the parking space is limited, the use of public transportation is strongly recommended.
- For a pleasant viewing experience, food and drinks are not permitted inside concert halls.
