[소모임] 책읽당 읽은티 #52
: 제10호 문집 발간 기념 낭독회 및 총회
책읽당은 11월 한달 간 낭독회와 총회라는 두 가지 큰 행사를 치렀습니다.
11월 1일에는 책읽당 제10호 문집 '소지로 놀이' 발간 기념 낭독회를 전태일기념관에서 개최하였습니다. 이번 문집에는 총 10명의 회원이 참여하였고, 그 중 9명이 자신의 글을 일부 발췌하여 낭독하였습니다. 낭독 전에 간단히 글을 쓴 회원을 인터뷰하고 낭독을 듣는 새로운 형식을 취하였는데, 사전 인터뷰를 통해 저자와 조금이나마 친숙해진 뒤에 낭독을 들을 수 있어서 좋았다는 평이 있었습니다. 60여 명 정도의 관람객들이 오셔서 전태일기념관 공연장을 가득 메우며 낭독회를 즐겨주셨고, 뒷풀이 자리까지 꽉 채워서 놀다 가셨습니다. 참여해주신 모든 분들께 감사드립니다.
11월 15일에는 2025년 총회를 개최하였습니다. 책읽당 총회는 한 해 활동을 결산하고, 다음 해 운영에 필요한 주요 사항을 의결하는 자리입니다. 분기별 당비 인상, 문집 비용 분담 방식 등에 대해 활발한 토론이 이루어졌습니다. 하이라이트는 2026년 한 해 책읽당을 이끌어갈 총재를 선출하는 시간이었습니다. 신임 총재*로는 장미 당원이 선출되었습니다.
* 참고: 이 날 총회 결과 '총재'라는 명칭을 운영진 재량으로 자유롭게 바꿀 수 있도록 하였음.
신임 총재 장미님은 벌써 내년 책읽당 프로그램 운영 방침을 기획하고(이른바 '장미 플랜'), 운영진을 모으는 등 발빠르게 리더십을 발휘하고 있다는 소문입니다. 내년 책읽당도 많은 기대와 관심 부탁드리겠습니다. 12월 한 달은 방학으로 쉬어갑니다. 내년 1월에 새로운 모습으로 만나길 기대하겠습니다.
